1. Can I customize a gift hamper?

Yes, we offer customization options for our gift hampers. You can add personalized messages, select specific items, and choose from various packaging options to make your gift truly unique. Simply choose "Build your own" and you will see the options available to build your own gift boxes or hampers.

2. Do you offer corporate gifting services?

Yes, we specialize in corporate gifting. We can create customized hampers and gifts tailored to your company's needs. Contact us via email hello@sageandgifts.com or Whatsapp for more information on our corporate gifting solutions.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the product. We currently have gifts available for Next-Day Delivery. Orders placed before 2PM will be eligible for the delivery time slots on the next day. Whereas orders placed after the 2PM deadline will automatically be scheduled for the day after. The earliest delivery date available for our standard gifts would typically be after 2-3 business days. 5. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only have the logistics to offer delivery services within Singapore.

6. What should I do if the items in my gift are defective?

Please contact our customer service hello@sageandgifts.com so that we can help you and replace the defective item. We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. 

7. How can I track my order?

Once your gift is delivered, we will send you an email to notify you on this.

8. Can I include a personalized message with my gift?

Absolutely! You can add a personalized message to any gift during the checkout process. Your message will be included with the gift in a beautifully designed A6 sized card.
