1. Delivery is free for orders above $89. An $18 delivery fee applies for orders $89 and below (before GST) *Excluding Same-Day Delivery Orders.
2. Same-Day Delivery Orders are subjected to an ad hoc rush fee of $25 and an additional same day delivery fee of $25
3. Delivery time
Orders will be delivered between 9am to 7pm on your selected delivery date between Monday to Saturday. Should there be changes in the delivery date or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will inform you in advance.
4. Redelivery
If the gift recipient is not at home or onsite to receive the item or has moved addresses, our delivery personnel will contact the recipient or you as the sender to check if the gift can be left at the doorstep. Therefore, please provide a valid Singaporean number (+65) so that your number is contactable. Otherwise, a redelivery will need to be arranged at $25/redelivery (before GST). In the absence of a response from both the sender and recipient, the delivery personnel will leave the gift at the doorstep at their discretion.Â

Order Change Policy
At Sage & Gifts, we strive to provide a seamless and high-quality gifting experience. To ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of your orders, please review our policy regarding changes:
1. General Order Changes (Non-Perishable Items):
For all orders containing non-perishable items, any requests for changes to the gift contents, personalization, delivery address, or delivery date must be submitted a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Changes requested within this 2-business day window may be subject to an administrative fee or may not be accommodated if the order has already entered the final stages of processing or dispatch.
- We will always do our best to facilitate your request, but our ability to make changes depends on the processing stage of your order.
2. Changes to Perishable Items (Fresh Fruits, Flowers, Fresh Baked Goods, etc.):
Due to the sensitive nature, limited lifespan, and specific sourcing requirements of perishable items (such as fresh fruits, flowers, fresh baked goods, or similar time-sensitive products), orders containing these items cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.
- Processing for perishable items typically begins shortly after order confirmation to ensure the freshest quality upon delivery.
- This policy is in place to minimize waste and ensure the highest quality of these delicate products for your recipient.
3. How to Request a Change:
To request a change to your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@sageandgifts.com or 8875 4227. Please have your order number ready.
4. Important Notes:
- Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Confirmation: All change requests are subject to confirmation by Sage & Gifts. You will receive a response confirming your changes once any changes have been successfully applied.
- Refunds/Credits: If a change results in a price difference, any applicable refunds or additional charges will be processed accordingly.
