1. Delivery is free for orders above $89. An $18 delivery fee applies for orders $89 and below (before GST).

2. Delivery time
Orders will be delivered between 9am-6pm on your selected delivery date. Should there be changes in the delivery date or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, our team will inform you in advance.

3. Redelivery
If the gift recipient is not at home or onsite to receive the item or has moved addresses, our delivery personnel will contact the recipient or you as the sender to check if the gift can be left at the doorstep. If not, a redelivery will need to be arranged at $25/redelivery (before GST).

All prices listed are before GST.

At the checkout page, please ensure:
1. Under the Delivery Address section, please provide the recipient's contact number in case our delivery personnel has issues locating the delivery address.
2. Under the Billing section, please provide your contact number. This is to ensure we are able to reach you in the event that the recipient is uncontactable upon delivery.
3. In the event that a re-delivery is required, an additional $15 delivery fee (before GST) will apply.

Pictures are representations and may not reflect the actual product as they may vary from packaging to display. We reserve the right to replace items should there be supply shortages which may arise due to unforeseen circumstances.
